If for any reason you wish to return your product, all cloudninehair.com orders are covered by our 45-day return policy (excludes personalised products).

Simply return your product to us within 45 days of receipt to receive a full refund.

All returns products must be unmarked and undamaged, including the original packaging.

Note: Monogrammed irons cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty within 45 days.

To return a product please complete a Returns Form and follow the return instructions described.

We will aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items.


All Cloud Nine products are covered by a one-year warranty period in line with our Terms and Conditions.

If you have purchased an Irons or a Wand an extended warranty period of three-years is offered when the product is registered here within 14 days of purchase.

In the unlikely event that your item has developed a fault, please visit our Service and Repair centre.

‘In Warranty’ defective products will always be replaced with a like-for-like replacement, however in some instances the product colour may differ from the original item.

In the case of product replacement, the Warranty period remains in line with the Original Purchase date. There is no extended warranty period on a replacement product.

Please do not return any accessories with your parcel as these are recycled on arrival to our Service Department.
